THIS GIRL! (ok, you all probably guessed right b/c what were the odds of me naming someone else?)
But it's exciting all the same. Sure I missed 17 points... so you have to pray I'm not parking near you... (and I don't plan on it... I'll gladly park in B.F.E. and get some exercise getting to the store entrance... or use Valet...)
Sure I'm not ready to drive major cities, but I'll get there. And then IT'S ON! oh gosh. The possibilities are endless.
Now tomorrow I have to go sign up for classes at PHCC and then apply places so I can also get a job.
But then... there is day care... and a car... and insurance. Man, I just lost a whole paycheck in like 3 sentences.

Except the ones that are from around here, nobody knows that I went to middle/high school with Ramiele! We had a mutual friend and even talked some. She was so funny and TINY but she had attitude! (The cute kind, not the obnoxious kind)
So... I really want her to win b/c that would be awesome... but there are quite a few other Top 12ers that I appreciate. I almost want a number I could call to UNvote for people b/c there are a couple that just IRRITATE me, lol. But that wouldn't be very nice. So I vote for Ramiele mostly, but I like the boy with dreads and the little nice one that sang Imagine that one time. Brandon likes the Irish girl. She's not bad. I also like Brooke White and Chikeaze or whatever. I should have a list before typing this b/c I suck at the names.
Well, I just wanted to say this and vote for ramiele! and... I'll be going to watch my results show now...
edit: Music Video commercials! Ack, I forgot! I love those!
So... I'm just excited she's made top 12. but I'm hoping for at LEAST top 10. Yay touring. I'll have to go.

After days of gatorade rain berry (which even tastes decent the second time...) I need flavor without killing me. Brandon, who got sick later than me, is already trying to kill me eating pizza already. Yuck. So recommend you're feeling-slightly-better pick-me-up drink!

So... Lilly started Wednesday on our new daily Mommy-Needs-To-Lose-Weight walk and then seemed fine. Thursday night I was playing a shooter mini-game on the ps3 with Brandons Mom and felt funny, so I laid down. Then felt nauseas. Said "nah" but was wrong. Lost count, but was up almost every half hour. Think I lost my Tylenol-Pm Rapid Release.
At about 5 am when I stopped. bRandon started feeling bad. He was icky from 8am to 11ish. Then we went to walmart and bought gatorades, jello, gingerale... that's it i think. 12:30 was lillys doc appt (where we looked gross, smelled funny and lilly sat on my lap passing the loudest smelliest gas every to come from a baby) and it was hard. And I have to fight for her insurance b/c they canceled us? With no notice. GRAW.
Since then Brandon's mom got sick. My mom got sick. And now Brandon's Aunt is sick. We're like the Outback-Monkey.
K, night time now. Will buy drinks in morning.

Working on getting registered. It turns out my old SATs have expired so I have to test again. I already hate school.
But Brandon got full Pell, so I should too. I'll get money back for going to school. I'll probably take the Fall semesters off. Way too much to do with halloween/thanksgiving/xmas, plus pell works weird and pays for two semesters, so unless I save pell money and stuff, I'll just get a nice break. I think. That's just the tentative plan.
I'm alone in the college library waiting for Brandon to finish his Math test and then hopefully we will go eat at Sonny's, like we have done the last 2 Valentine's Days. It wasn't on purpose, but I love me some BBQ, so we're going! It was supposed to be before class, but things got messed up. Atleast we're baby free for a dinner. I never appreciated food as much until I had to share with a demanding baby.
She's so cute, I'm trying to get a video of the new cute thing she does but she's so sneaky.
Hmm... I'm hoping to go to Chile's for dinner tomorrow. With friends. No real reason. Really. Ahem.
I guess I'll read while I have the chance.

Anybody have tonsil experience? My throat hurts (since Thursday atleast) but isn't soar. I'm 99% sure it's tonsils. And since Thanksgiving I've had atleast one other theoried-tonsil incident. And if it's my tonsils constantly, I would gladly have them out (if I can get help paying since I lack insurance).
Man, if I could have energy during the day and not get sick I may just survive a job. But nobody wants a constantly sick employee (especially in the education or medical field)
I took vitamins for 2 days before I got sick. Brandon thinks it's funny. Blah.
Still job hunting. Online, in person, in town, close to town, nada. I'm getting sad. Why does nobody want me. OH well.
Going to bed, think it's going to be a long night. I've dreamed of snoring and not breathing for the past few nights. Blah blah blah.

There are no less than 5 posts about Heath Ledger. This is not the most upset I've been about a celebrity death (That would be Mitch Hedberg and that kid from 2ge+her -hey I was like 12?-) but I'm definitely upset. Just no tears.
I'm guessing he was upset about Michelle Williams. Their poor child.
However, I notice that only ONE person posted of Brad Renfro last week...
But I LOVELOVELOVE "10 Things I Hate About You". Definitely a top 10 movie. Le sigh. Now to buy it and watch it...
Brandon (who was either nice enough or atleast SMART enough to comfort me about Mitch) just said "I don't get it. There is no problem so big you can't just run away. Especially if you have money." Not that EVERY problem is 'run away' but if there is no other way... run away.

I'll never get a job and today's crap-tacular interview just proves it.
It was for a Barnes and Noble Cafe. (You know... the "starbucks" in the B&N) I was really hhoping for the book side, or the ability to be moved OVER to the book side, if an opening came up. Not that I don't love my caffiene... I just prefer the vook side.
Anyways, first, the guy doesn't know anything about an interview today. I am 100% sure that I talked to HIM on the phone and he said "Saturday at 2" and I was all "ANything Sunday or Monday" and he said "Sunday at 3?" and I said "Sure!" Then he couldn't find my interview, so I had to practically verbally do it, which sucks b/c I couldn't really remember the hours I'd written down and then when I was like "I can't work at -this time-" I felt judged. And how I'd made the home computer business sound like a real job, not Brandon's job, was totally lost. B/c I suck.
And I HATEHATEHATE "tell me about yourself" b/c, once again, i suck.
I'll be 22 in February, I'm married, i have a 14 month old daughter... and no identity of my own."
I've never worked in "food service" and I've never worked "customer service" so i guess since i've never HAD a job I can never GET a job.
I did mention that though. "I hope my never having had a REAL job doesn't prevent me from getting one" *semi-grin*
But it's not my fault. I started college... then I was taking care of my elderly sick grandmother (living thereee, expenses paid basically) then I was married and pregnant.
If only my sarcastic wit could be used for good in an interview.

2007 was full of a LOT of firsts, what with having a baby and all (not the delivery, that was the previous year... I mean watching her firsts, like teeth, crawling, walking, etc) but here's to the new year (that I refuse to call 200-great. I kinda want to hit you guys)
I guess we have a sitter, which makes me feel like a bad mom, but lilly doesn't get it yet... so we'll stay home when she does.
And let's hope by this time tomorrow, Lilly or I have a build-a-bear b/c we're going to the mall with Rebecca, Mr. Rebecca, and baby Rebecca.
Guess I'll talk to you guys next year!

Brandon said "Oh that's hot!" And I asked why and he said "Maybe it's the marshmellows over the boobs... or the boobs under the marshmellows" and then "I just want to melt them and pour chocolate over it and make a smore" to which I replied "and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs over top?" and he was like "yes! You should be a smore for Halloween and I will be a hungry boyscout!" and I said "and you can, what, just poke me with a stick?"
To which she replied

Ok, that last bit wasn't relevant to the story, but just felt it should be a reminder to the rest of you. *shakes fist*
we furthered the discussion in the car today with varieties. Like mini-vs-jumbo, and the use of colors (and if they would be solids or pattered). Then I mentioned nobody would want the matching marshmallow thong. (Is that chocolate? Strawberry? Ew, fish marshmallow. Yuck this one is slimey!) I mentioned Candy Necklace strings. Then he pondered gaps in between marshmallows. Especially the difference between large and small marshmallows. Brandon tried suggesting other materials, like steak/porkchops, but I vetoed meat, so he said oreos.
I also told Brandon if he made one (successfully) I would wear it and post a picture (from above my stretch marks)

We were in Walmart the other day and (besides them having a new more obnoxious return strategy when you enter the store) as we were leaving some guy walked past us going the opposite direction and said "She can't date until she's fifty" and I was creeped out b/c he was talking about my baby. She shall go to Walmart in turtlenecks and ponchos.

Also, I woke up with ONE sensitive tooth this morning. Like it hurt to just be there or have pressure on it.... so when Brandon woke up, I said that and then added "I must have slept on it wrong" and he just looked at me.

Um... I got a new crocheting kit. This one looks neat, a tad pricey, but it comes with materials, so I'll know I'm doing it right if it's all premeasured.

Lilly hasn't slept through the night since we got back from vacation. But she slept through the night WHILE on vacation. I don't get it. If she keeps it up, I'm going to do the mean-mommy take-the-bottle-away thing tomorrow. Not as punishment, but b/c her pedi-fill-in said "she needs to grow up" and be on cups and milk (not bottles and formula) [needless to say, I'm not happy and shall seek a new pedi] But I think I finally found a cup she'll use. It's shaped like one of her bottles, but with a sippy spout. She kept taking my nephews and using it, so *crosses fingers*

I saw THE CUTEST teddy, that I'm considering getting for Lilly. I mean, all kids need atleast one traditional simple brown teddy bear. Even if it's not their favorite, it's a must have. I still have my first teddy. It wasn't my fave, but I like it. (His name is Honey Joe and I don't know why!) Anyways it was a decent size for Lilly now, so it was kind of tiny. But it was 8.50 (although Brandon's dad bought a bear -BIG, HUGE- for 60. Which was half off of 120) so we wait. I'm going bear researching. Sadly, this bear is not online. So when I go sippy cup shopping tomorrow, if we have to leave town, I may stop by an old navy. Actually lilly liked this pink penguin better (she threw her purple monkey when she saw it) but bear dang it!

Brandon went to Tampa at like 3 am to earn some extra money for our vacation. Oh, by "earn extra money" I mean he's working with his Dad doing balloons for car dealers and stuff... nothing nasty, lol.
And Lilly is at Brandon's aunt's. She called and asked if she could babysit b/c she never gets to see Lilly. Ok. Then Brandon's sister wants to take Lilly to Busch Gardens. Now instead of being gone oneday, she's gone two. Brandon's aunt will bring her back before her party sunday in time for a nap. I miss my kiddo.
Last night I was a basketcase, but today I'm ok. Just lonely. I guess I could read... or write... not really too sleep deprived anymore... hopefully this doesn't mess up Lilly schedule. Oy. :(
OH! But we're going to get the stuff for Lilly's party today! And pick out her present(s) (depending on what we get...) which is exciting! I hope he's not too tired when he gets back. He can take a nap, i guess... but he promised, so we're going. I'm pumped, lol.

And I'm up. Man 2:00a suuuucks. I don't know how anybody can do this. I don't know how I used to. oy.
But yes, 2:00a suuuucks. Even with DVR. I'm watching Tyra interview Lance Bass. Gayboy is a hottie, don't care. And he dated Danielle Fishel (also a hottie!) and she's on the show now! (not top mention the "official Tyra show correspondant") He has a book "out of sync" must read!
Man, I want tyra to make me over. But not like... America's Next Top Model.... just "hey look at that sexy lady" over. Ya know?
I should Nano right now but man I feel terrible. I don't know what happened. I was fine and now my tummy is anything but happy. And thus I can't sleep. Plus Brandon is snoring. Grrrrrrrr. I want sleeeeeep.
We got the Simpsons game for the DS. It's ok. Seems pretty easy. Brandon finds it boring, so it's right up my alley. But he's only played like 5 minutes of it.
So an actual event from today.
We went to the HS football game. We were supposed to help concession, but I being sick, hung out as Alumni with the band. Towards the end Lilly got fussy so I was going to sit in the car and see if she fell asleep. I couldn't find the car key. So I loaded what I could up (twas unlocked) and went to see if Brandon had it. He misplaced his keys and borrowed mine earlier and I have a lot of key-age going on, so he took the car key off and used it seperately. No go. So we searched and finally a friend drove him to the house to locate HIS keys. When they were almost back the friends sister (who i knew in band) came over and mentioned that ironically (coincidently? whatever) the "friend" had locked HER keys in HER car, so once he got back he had to drive to their house to get HER extra keys. I said I was sorry and she said it wasn't my fault, but I felt like I started a baaaad thing, haha. So we duplicate keys tomorrow!
I think Lilly is getting sicker She's coughing a lot. Last time she did that she was sick. I can't believe she's been sick like 3 times in her life already. I'm a bad mom. I should have bf-ed or something. Hopefully she's well before her bday party (the 11th) and stays that was for vacation, wee!
Well, I may try and curl up on the couch and sleep. I doubt it will work. Maybe Brandon will take pity on me and tend to Lilly tomorrow. *hopes*
Oh... and if I sneeze ONE MORE TIME (which I will. only multiply it by a million) my head may explode... or I'll atleast get Brain Damage... or whiplash. grah.
